Role Overview
We are looking for seasoned professionals to join FlipVault’s Advisory Board. As an Advisory Board Member, you will play a crucial role in guiding our strategic direction, providing expertise, and helping us make key decisions as we scale. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Guidance: Provide high-level advice on company strategy, market positioning, and business development.

Expertise Sharing: Leverage your industry knowledge to advise on product development, go-to-market strategies, and regulatory compliance.

Warm Introductions: Utilize your network to facilitate introductions to potential partners, investors, and key stakeholders.

Mentorship: Offer mentorship to the founding team, helping to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Industry Expertise: Experience in fintech, digital assets, blockchain technology, or a related field.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to provide high-level strategic advice and guidance.

Strong Network: Well-connected within the industry, with the ability to open doors and make introductions.

Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for fintech and digital assets, with a keen interest in helping a startup grow.

Prior Advisory Experience: Previous experience serving on advisory boards or in a mentorship role is a plus but not required.
