At Wordsworth AI, we're working on an AI SaaS platform that creates personalized UI experiences customized for ad campaigns and allows at scale deployment and testing. We are a team of three co-founders from Sequoia Capital, Harvard Business School, and Google AI, backed by top-tier angels in eCommerce and SaaS.

Leading our technology and product vision is our CTO and cofounder, Siddhant Manocha. Siddhant has developed his AI expertise at Google AI, where he was working on applying LLMs to Google Ads, Shopping, and Web Answers. After leaving his job in 2021, Siddhant co-founded Zive, where he built an AI-driven fashion recommendation platform.

We are seeking dynamic full-stack engineers eager to join our founding team. Ideal candidates should possess:

Experience: 1-3 years, with a passion for learning and building large backend systems.
Skills: Strong proficiency in Python/Django.
Bonus: Experience or familiarity with LLM infra (APIs, Langchain, Pinecone).
