As we transition to a fully AI-centric model, we are seeking a skilled Lead Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: As the Lead Backend Developer at VoxTonePro, you will play a pivotal role in revamping our platform into a cutting-edge AI-centric interface. You will be responsible for translating our blueprint product document and flow designs into robust production systems. Your primary focus will be on creating AI voice models using OpenAI API and Azure server tools, as well as implementing machine learning capabilities for our generative AI product.

This position is initially equity-based, with the potential to transition into a salaried role as we move forward. You will be part of the new AI founding Board of Directors (BOD) team, which offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our innovative platform and share in its success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

-Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs to support our AI-driven platform.
Implement machine learning algorithms and models for generative AI applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

-Integrate OpenAI API and Azure server tools to enhance voice modeling and AI capabilities.
Optimize backend infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
-Proven experience (5+ years) as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable backend systems.

-Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with expertise in backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring).

-Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, and familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

-Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and experience integrating ML models into production systems.

-Prior experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques is highly desirable.

-Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
