Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong sales skills, a good understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking events, online research, and industry contacts.
Client Outreach: Initiate and manage outreach efforts to potential clients. Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our IT solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Use insights to identify opportunities and refine business strategies.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Act as a point of contact to address client queries and provide exceptional service.
Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Monitor sales performance and contribute to strategy adjustments as needed.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and business development metrics. Provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
