We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the US to spearhead our sales expansion. Birdie is a fast-growing startup serving mostly SaaS and Fintech unicorns and publicly listed companies. We're seeking a driven, ambitious individual who is process-oriented and has at least 2 years of experience selling SaaS products with 3 digits ARR. You must be based in the US, ideally in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, where one of our co-founders lives.
In this role, you'll identify and engage with potential customers in new and existing industries, trying to qualify them and schedule time for a deep dive conversation with one of our founders to help expand our presence in key regions. You'll be working closely with two founders, having the unique chance to grow alongside us and be in touch with sales and growth mentors and advisors together with the founding team. As we expand, you'll have the opportunity to lead the sales team, shaping the future of our business.

Our AI-powered solution streamlines feedback from various sources, helping teams make customer-centric, data-informed decisions to increase user retention and operational efficiency.
