Job Title: Bidder Intern

Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bidder Intern to join our procurement team. As an intern, you will assist in the bidding process for various projects, helping us secure the best deals and partnerships. You will work closely with our experienced bidding team to gain hands-on experience in procurement and bidding strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers and partners
2. Help prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tenders
3. Conduct market research and analyze competitors' bids
4. Assist in evaluating and comparing bids from different suppliers
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of bidding processes
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

13. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
14. Familiarity with procurement software and bidding platforms
15. Knowledge of contracting and negotiation principles
