Data Engineer

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 5-9 years in data engineering, including data pipeline design, ETL processes, data warehousing, and managing data at the terabyte scale
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Based Company
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
• In-depth understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Experience in architecting and managing data solutions for terabyte-scale datasets.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in shaping the product & technical vision for the team while working closely with product and business leaders across the company.
• Be an authority on the architecture and design for the team's work. Contribute to design and code reviews.
• Build, lead, develop, and coach teams of top technical talent; plan staffing and recruitment decisions.
• Define, implement, and refine processes to make your team more effective.
• Nurture a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Plan the pace of delivery to balance high-growth urgencies while avoiding burnout.
• Ownership of end-to-end customer experience for your team’s products.
