Role Summary:

The Community Manager at SKALE Labs will play a crucial role in cultivating a vibrant and engaged community. You will be responsible for managing Discord and Telegram, and will use your expertise in both Web2 and Web3 marketing to create a dynamic environment that attracts and retains community members. Your efforts will drive brand loyalty, enhance community interaction, and contribute to the overall growth and success of SKALE Labs. Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Manage and grow SKALE’s community channels, primarily focusing on Discord and Telegram. Create and implement strategies that foster active participation and make these channels exciting places for community members to engage and make friends.
• Event Management: Plan and execute virtual events, AMAs, and other interactive sessions that bring the community together and provide value to members.
• Content Sharing: Share engaging content, such as announcements, events, contests, and educational materials, to keep the community informed and entertained.
• Moderation & Support: Ensure a safe and positive environment by moderating discussions, addressing member inquiries, and resolving conflicts within the community.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of your strategies and provide regular reports to the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and Sales teams to align community initiatives with overall company goals and product launches.
• Web2 & Web3 Marketing Integration: Leverage your knowledge of traditional marketing strategies (Web2) and blend them with Web3 community-building practices to drive growth and engagement.
• Ambassador Management: Manage a team of ambassadors globally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in community management and community building, with a strong focus on Discord and Telegram. Experience in both Web2 and Web3 marketing is preferred. In-person or virtual people management experience preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage and manage an online community in a friendly, professional manner.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to execute community engagement strategies that align with SKALE Labs’ objectives.
• Knowledge of Blockchain: Familiarity with blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency space (especially infrastructure). Passion for decentralized applications is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations and manage community dynamics with tact and diplomacy.
• Creativity: A knack for creating fun, engaging content and events that resonate with our community.
