Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Lead or Growth Hacker to join our team at Cypherock. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts across various channels to drive growth, build our community, and enhance our brand presence in the crypto and Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our company goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Hacking: Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition. Identify and crack new reseller opportunities to expand our distribution channels.

Marketing Communications: Manage and enhance our marketing communications across all social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.

Community Building: Lead initiatives to build and nurture a strong community around Cypherock, engaging with users, influencers, and partners to foster loyalty and advocacy.

SEO & Content Marketing: Drive SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Oversee content creation, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and aligns with our brand voice.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical know-how to work effectively within the crypto and Web3 space. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry to keep Cypherock at the cutting edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth and marketing roles, ideally within the tech, crypto, or Web3 sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Experience with campaign management on platforms like Google Ads and Twitter Ads.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• A passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and Web3, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in community building and managing online communities.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Understanding of reseller models and experience in developing distribution partnerships.
