UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Jr Designer with a strong foundation in User Experience (UX) design and the ability to translate UX concepts into intuitive and visually appealing User Interfaces (UI). The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a user-centric mindset, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, developers, and other designers, to create engaging and user-friendly designs.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across all platforms and devices.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Assist in the creation of design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Experience with responsive and mobile design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI design skills and relevant project experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
