Job Summary:
AiTrillion is seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales Head to lead our sales operations in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales team. This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record of success in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the US market.
- Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to penetrate key segments.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Lead by example, driving team motivation and maintaining a positive and competitive sales environment.
3. Market Expansion and Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities to expand AiTrillion’s presence in the US.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to acquire new customers while ensuring the retention and growth of existing accounts.
4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and targets, and monitor performance against these metrics.
- Provide regular and insightful reports to the CRO/CEO on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve decision-making.
5. Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the US sales team and global teams.
6. Customer Experience and Retention:
- Ensure that the sales team delivers an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Develop strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their success with AiTrillion.
7. Partnership Alliances and Revenue Generation:
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to drive revenue generation in the US market.
- Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing campaigns and joint promotions.
- Leverage alliances to expand market reach and enhance the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and market expansion in the US.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the US market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and data analytics.
