About the Role
We are looking for a technically savvy Sales Manager to lead Institutional Sales focusing on establishing and strengthening relationships with banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and account management.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, engage, and secure partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies to drive the adoption of our crypto solutions.
- Responsible for new business generation, and client acquisition usging innovative headhunting, and lead generation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market demands and client needs within the crypto ecosystem.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and deal negotiation to closing, renewals, and upsells, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analyses, track industry developments, and provide actionable insights on market trends to influence sales and business development strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering deep insights into blockchain technology, regulatory trends, and the advantages of integrating crypto solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and drive efficiency in the sales process.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks and showcase our products and services.
About You
- 4+ years in B2B sales within financial services, with proven success in institutional or enterprise sales. Crypto, fintech, and banking experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting the crypto sector is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment, with excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Trading and crypto knowledge - is a strong advantage; willingness, aptitude, and curiosity to understand the fundamentals of blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision is crucial
- You are currently based within the UAE, or are willing to relocate for this role
- Languages; arabic speaking advantageous but not prerequisite
