Right now we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team from our new office in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound leads, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Manage and prioritize outbound and inbound leads to maximize sales potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to the senior management team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or IT industry
  • Experience in sale in the USA market
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
  • Passion for technology and innovation

Conditions:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives (3 500 USD as a fix salary + % from sales)
  • Work from the office located in Dubai
  • Schedule: 5/2 10 am - 7 pm New York time
