DoctusTech seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The Data Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM data, creating detailed reports, expanding our data sets, and ensuring the accuracy and validity of our data. This role will also involve enhancing our database with LinkedIn profiles and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet data requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Data Management:
Maintain and manage data within our Zoho CRM.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the CRM and marketing tools.
Regularly clean and validate data to remove duplicates and outdated information.
Regularly research and validate the data from open web searches, and data intelligence tools - ZoomInfo, Seamless, etc.
Regularly update the CRM data.
Data Enhancement:
Enrich our existing data sets by researching and adding new information, such as LinkedIn profiles.
Segment data based on titles and other relevant criteria to optimize targeting for marketing campaigns.
Use different Growth Hacking tools to increase data
Reporting and Analysis:
Create and maintain detailed reports on data metrics, marketing performance, and campaign outcomes.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand data needs and provide necessary support.
Assist in developing data-driven strategies to improve marketing and sales performance.
Database Expansion:
Identify and gather new data sources to expand our database.
Develop strategies for continuous data acquisition and enrichment.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in data management, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other data enrichment tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Skills:Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data manipulation techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
A basic understanding of SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
