Position: Commission-Based Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Gather feedback from interviewers and provide timely updates to candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to provide valuable insights to both candidates and clients.
Handle offer negotiations, communicate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Track and report recruitment metrics, including the number of candidates submitted, interviews scheduled, and successful hires.
Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles.
Strong networking skills and the ability to proactively source candidates through online platforms, networks, and referrals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
Ability to negotiate and manage offer discussions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Ethical and professional conduct, adhering to industry best practices and maintaining candidate confidentiality.
Familiarity with using recruitment software and tools to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and developments.
Compensation:
Compensation will be on a commission basis, with a percentage of the candidate's first-month salary for each successful hire.
Specific commission rates and payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the contract negotiation.
