Candidate should have a minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales Recruitment with at least 3 Years in Team Handling.
Candidate should have experience of working in Ed-Tech
*Key Responsibilities of the Role: *
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans and assist in employee retention and development.
Lead employment branding initiatives and take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs and supervise recruiting personnel.
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
*Skills & Competencies required: *
Has at least 5 years of experience in hiring / recruitment only and 3 years of experience in managing the talent acquisition team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency at MS Office, & analyzing & creating data.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
