Hardware Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Design Engineer to join our innovative team. The Hardware Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic hardware systems, components, and assemblies for a wide range of applications, including aerospace and defense. This role demands a strong foundation in hardware design principles, hands-on experience in circuit design, and the capability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and understand electrical schematic designs.
2. Perform design reviews with other team members.
3. Perform layout design based on these schematic designs, complying with product requirements.
4. Close collaboration with other project members (system, mechanical, hardware and firmware engineers, etc.)
5. Prepare PCB/PCBA production documentation.
6. Support all stakeholders participating in the production phase (logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
7. Thorough understanding of analog and digital electrical schematics.
8. Experience with high-density design and with signal integrity design techniques.
9. Experience with mixed analog/digital PCB design techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
2. Strong skills in Electronics Hardware Design, Hardware Design, and Circuit Design.
3. Experience in Hardware Architecture.
4. Strong experience in Hardware development.
5. Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
6. Experience in FPGA design and programming.
7. Experience in the Defence / Aerospace Industry is a plus.
