Job Description:
We are seeking a Performance Metrics Analyst to join our team for an organizational analysis project with agency. The successful candidate will have a strong background in performance measurement and analysis, with experience developing and benchmarking key performance indicators (KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop performance metrics to measure the efficiency of agency’s operations.
Benchmark metrics against other public and private design and construction entities.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure metrics align with agency’s core values.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance measurement findings.
Recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency based on performance data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in performance measurement and analysis.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Experience with benchmarking and KPI development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
