About the job

Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain .Net applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of .Net developed projects
Provide technical support and consultation for .Net application and deployment related questions
To manage the planning of all external third-party technical API integration with LPaaS Banking & respective Program Rewards Portal
Manage interaction with clients for effective engagement/communication of implementation plan to align stake holders internal & external to the organization.
Author change management process & SLAs & ensure adherence of the same rack the implementation on daily basis, coordinate meetings with respective stakeholder responsible for delivery & call as required, ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with the LPaaS product team, QA & process analysts.
Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
Track the closure of production and non-production application issues/requests (using tools like JIRA) based on agreed plan & SLAs
Manage production support team & guide them for resolving production issues
Align business analyst & technology development/ LPaaS support team to avoid any kind of implementation gap.
May need to travel (domestic/international) for long or short stays to spend time on client side as necessary

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech, MCA/Msc.
7+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience using Microsoft.Net with at least 2-3 years of project management & delivery.
