Sr. Firmware Software Engineer

At Cypherock, We are disrupting the current financial system by increasing the adoption of Blockchain-based digital assets through better key management solutions. We build "Worlds' first products" from India, work at the intersection of Blockchain, Security, Embedded Hardware & Cryptography and have worked with companies like Google, Blockgeeks, Samsung, Lockheed Martin, Apollo Munich, Bank of America amongst others.

As the primary person responsible for hardware architecture and implementation on the hardware product in the company, we think it will be a great fit if -

1. You love working on bare metal and with low level languages (Think C, C++, Rust, makefile etc.)
2. You have security Paranoia
3. Wanted to create an OS from the ground up (yes, and we are doing it for Web 3.0)
4. Gets stuff done with end to end product development responsibility

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s‬‭ or‬‭ Master’s‬‭ degree‬‭ in‬‭ Electrical‬‭ and‬‭ Computer‬‭ Engineering‬‭ (ECE),‬‭ Electrical‬‭ and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related fields from Tier-1 universities.‬
2. 4+ years of experience as an embedded firmware engineer or in a similar role.‬
3. ‭Proven‬‭ expertise‬‭ in‬‭ firmware, embedded‬‭ systems‬‭ and‬‭ hardware‬‭ development,‬‭ preferably‬‭ in‬‭ EV,‬ robotics startups, or VLSI domains.‬
4. Proficiency‬‭ in‬‭ C/C++‬‭ programming‬‭ languages‬‭ and‬‭ a‬‭ strong‬‭ understanding‬‭ of‬‭ embedded‬ architecture and security concerns.‬
5. ‭Hands-on experience with microcontrollers from ST, TI, Microchip, etc.‬
6. ‭Excellent‬‭ communication‬‭ and‬‭ teamwork‬‭ abilities‬‭ to‬‭ foster‬‭ collaboration‬‭ across‬‭ various‬ teams.‬
7. ‭While‬‭ a‬‭ background‬‭ in‬‭ blockchain‬‭ is‬‭ not‬‭ necessary,‬‭ a‬‭ keen‬‭ interest‬‭ and‬‭ willingness‬‭ to‬‭ learn about the technology is essential.‬ ‭
