H.R. Intern

Stealth startup is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented H.R. Intern to join our team on a part-time basis for a duration of 3 months. In this role, you will play a key supporting role in HR functions, as well as assist in documentation tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization.

3 months (Unpaid Internship)

Responsibilities:
HR Support:

• Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Aid in organizing training sessions and workshops for staff development.
• Support the HR Manager in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
