We are a results-driven agency looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth for our clients across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and other relevant channels
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting and personalization
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
  • Set up and maintain tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search, paid social, and display advertising
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with setting up and managing tracking and attribution systems
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

**Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience working with clients across various industries
  • Expertise in e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing
  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms
