About the Role:
Ready to amplify the vaginal health revolution? We’re looking for a creative, purpose-driven marketer excited about making an impact in women's health & wellness. As a Creative Strategist, you'll shape O Positiv's performance-oriented creative strategies across digital marketing channels. We seek an expert in paid digital advertising, energized to ideate and oversee ads that perform and convert while elevating our brand. Our ideal candidate blends creative and analytical skills—following ad trends, generating innovative ideas, and making data-driven decisions. You'll report to the Director of Creative Performance and collaborate with the Senior Creative Strategist and other Marketing and Acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch winning ideas using a strong understanding of the media landscape and develop ideas into creative strategies
to be implemented across various channels - Facilitate creative ideation and encourage others to contribute winning ideas
- Translate creative concepts into detailed briefs and deliver to design, video and emails teams
- Oversee high volumes of ads are delivered on time, reviewed, and approved in an organized manner
- Serve as an advocate for driving consistent brand voice across all channels, without sacrificing performance
- Collaborate with product and acquisition teams to support and align creative strategies with new product launches
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of direct response DTC eCommerce marketing experience
- Experience with pre-production including scripting and planning
- Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies
- Impact-oriented and strong project management skills, with a track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment and a strong bias for action
- Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ad performance data and synthesize into actionable strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to listen and lead with empathy, with a willingness to learn
- Excitement for startups and comfortable with change - experience at startups or in e-commerce is a plus
Hours and Compensation
This is a full-time, salaried position. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 - $115,000.
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
