Job Description:
As a UX Experience Developer with our clients, you will be involved in designing consumer-centric and business-centric applications and websites. Your work will span across diverse sectors such as health, elderly care, insurance, and technology. Using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, you will collaborate with our design and development teams to create intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that meet the needs of our users and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for apps and websites in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
Collaborate with the design team to create solutions tailored for both consumer and business users.
Conduct user research, gather insights, and apply feedback to improve designs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to guide the development process.
Focus on creating designs for health, elderly care, insurance, and technology sectors, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each area.
Help maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
Work closely with developers to translate design concepts into fully functional interfaces.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs, with examples of work in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Interest or experience in designing for sectors like health, elderly care, insurance, or technology is a plus.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing and functional designs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
