Today, the company boasts a rich global customer and reseller network in 150+ countries.

We are seeking an energetic and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our Integrated Systems sales team, focusing on active outbound sales.

The particular position will focus on sales of our product portfolio, which include Integrated Systems (Airborne integrated systems with sensors from diverse manufacturers).

Cool things you'll do with us:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell Integrated Systems product portfolio, expanding the customer base (direct and partner sales, account management);
  • Plan and carry out sales activities from lead generation to closing deals worldwide to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving quarterly sales quotas;
  • Develop and nurture relationships with current customers, upsell them new solutions, and grow business with them;
  • Identify and take advantage of new business opportunities and potential customers within allocated territories;
  • Utilize modern tools and approaches for lead generation, including social selling, email marketing, and automated outreach systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, support, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives;
  • Regularly collect feedback from partners and customers to improve products and internal processes;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and conduct pre/post pipeline review reports on leads and activities;
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

About you:
Minimum Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in outbound B2B international sales within drone or survey equipment distributors, drone service providers, or in selling software and hardware products to those companies;
  • Proven experience in active outbound sales with a "Hunter" mentality: ICP identification, research and sourcing of prospects, discovery calls, etc.;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales management, and lead generation tools;
  • English proficiency: C1; fluency in any other languages is desired;
  • A degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management or a related discipline is required.

Would Be a Big Advantage

  • Knowledge and experience in the mining, construction, geophysical, or hydrographical industries;
  • Proficiency in French and/or German.
