🎯 ATLAS ANALYTICS is seeking a Detail-Oriented Operations Associate to Drive Efficiency & Results.

Your primary role will be to help the team run smoother, better-structured, and more efficient operations, keeping your coworkers engaged, focused, and motivated as they deliver outstanding results.

• 1-2 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in bridging the gap of understanding between multiple departments.
• Experience in building processes and implementing ideas.
• Involvement in both documenting processes and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in using Slack, Zoom (video calls), and Loom (video & screen recording).
• Dedication to continuous improvements in the Operations process and systems for a much more efficient flow (ie. innovative, curious, and keen on exploring new industry trends).
• Strong ongoing project management and team support skills.
• A logical / analytical thinker and process-driven personality.
• A focus on results to be achieved, being performance-driven and demanding.
• The excitement from the team winning rather than from purely personal achievements
• An outspoken personality with direct communication skills, being a "straightforward talker".
• Detail orientation and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to encourage and challenge team members to bring out their best performance.
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a professional work environment.
• Strong understanding of professional behaviour and ability to maintain it in the workplace.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

• Serve as a true partner by anticipating and executing on tactical as well as strategic issues, leveraging their time and productivity.
• Support the leadership team, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining team focus and motivation for greater results.
• Focus on details that others might overlook, contributing to the overall documentation process, including execution.
• Manage projects effectively to deliver outstanding results for the clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure the day-to-day tasks run smoothly, and the company operating system is followed by all team members, creating a well-organised and efficient work environment.
