Role:
As the founding Product Manager, you will drive and orchestrate the next wave of platform enhancements, pushing the boundaries of Gen-AI and knowledge research. Your mission is to deliver unparalleled products and workflows with no existing benchmarks.
You will own the product lifecycle, from roadmap creation to design and implementation. This role requires you to engage with both existing and potential customers in critical discussions, helping them unlock value and drive strategic growth.
Ideal candidates will have experience in investment banking or management consulting, combined with a background in software engineering. This position involves directly working with the founders and demands a strong execution mindset.
Responsibilities:
Product roadmap development: Expand the current product based on customer feedback, our strategic vision, and technological feasibility.
User engagement: Enhance user-centric product design through comprehensive research and analysis of customer behaviors and needs. Engage in detailed discussions with both current and potential customers to derive actionable insights.
Product design collaboration: Collaborate with product designers on creating wireframes, mockups, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
Sales participation: Drive product and technological discussions during sales meetings, assist in developing collateral, and coordinate with various teams to meet product demands.
Performance metrics: Establish and monitor key product KPIs, pursue continuous improvement based on these metrics to enhance platform performance.
Cross-functional teamwork: Work alongside engineers, AI researchers, data scientists, and designers to deliver scalable product solutions.
Product vision: Work closely with founders to align the product roadmap with overarching strategic goals and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
Gen-AI leadership and benchmarking: Aspire to become a thought leader in Gen-AI, continually monitor industry developments, and assess their impact on our products and strategies.
Who you are:
2-4 years post-MBA experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting
Prior background in Computer science is mandatory
Understanding and past experience with product management principles across product design, product analytics, user experience is strongly preferred
Basic understanding of AI/ML/Data science is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and execution mindset is critical
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
