As the Partner and Alliances Director, you'll be the architect of our partnership strategy. You'll identify and engage with potential partners in identified global markets, forging alliances that deliver measurable results. You'll work closely with our product and architecture teams to explore integrations that enhance our platform and create value for both Paperless Parts and our partners. Your operational focus will be key to driving success, and you'll build a high-performing team to execute your vision. This is a full time position based in Boston, MA and requires on-site presence, with a hybrid schedule as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Powerhouse: You'll identify and cultivate partnerships that generate a steady stream of new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner and alliance roles within fast-paced SaaS organizations.
- Global Expertise: Demonstrated success in working with international markets, navigating cultural nuances, and building relationships across borders.
- Strategic Visionary: Experience designing and executing a successful partner strategy from scratch, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
- Leadership Acumen: Experience leading and managing partner sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, technologies, and market trends will be a significant advantage.
