Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Marketing:
- Marketing Initiatives: Lead the team in executing brand strategy and campaigns to drive awareness and customer growth through media amplification, strategic partnerships, and more.
- Creative Briefs: Create and manage briefs for all brand marketing channels (email, paid media, website, influencer, social media, partnerships/collaborations, and more, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Strategy Collaboration: Cultivate and ensure all campaigns support brand initiatives, vision, customer experience, engagement, and growth.
- Project Management: Serve as the point of contact for all consumer and product marketing operations workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate all brand marketing efforts related to the marketing communication calendar. Work closely with cross-functional teams to adapt strategies based on business performance and other key factors.
- Reporting: Measure campaign performance and collaborate with the brand team to analyze and report on results.
- KPI Management: Create and manage KPIs, providing reports to the Head of Marketing for easy management and evaluation of strategies.
Product Marketing:
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Lumin Fitness in the market.
- Plan and execute the launch of new products and features, working closely with product development and sales teams.
- Create compelling product content, including presentations, product descriptions, and sales tools.
- Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for product growth.
- Support the development of pricing strategies and promotional plans.

Requirements:
- Must be based in the DFW area.
- Proven track record in Consumer and Product Marketing.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
