Hey there, email wizards! Aftershoot is on the hunt for a talented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our fantastic team. We're dedicated to improving image selection and enhancing photo editing with AI, and we need your magic touch to spread the word and connect with our users!
🎯 What You'll Do:
As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation throughout the customer journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to convert free users, engage and retain members, and win back churned users.
- Craft engaging emails and in-app communications that make our subscribers go "Wow!"
- Develop smart audience segmentation strategies for targeted messaging, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right time. Understand that one size doesn't fit all for Aftershoot's diverse user base.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven analysis. Continuously refine campaign performance, subscriber segmentation, and content personalization.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve feature discoverability, develop effective upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and create targeted in-app nudges.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to continuously refine our lifecycle marketing approach. Use data to identify friction points in the customer journey and propose solutions.
- Map the entire customer journey and work cross-functionally to improve conversion rates at each stage.Lead the creation and optimization of automated journeys that nurture users from onboarding to long-term engagement.
👍 Nice to Have:
- Experience with push notification strategies and best practices
- Knowledge of user behavior analytics and cohort analysis
💪 What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of email marketing experience (the more, the better!)
- A passion for writing catchy subject lines and compelling content
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design
- Experience with email marketing tools (bonus points if you know Mailmodo!)
- Data-driven mindset combined with creative problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Excellent English skills to communicate with our global audience
- A passion for photography is a big plus!
