Operations Intern / Co-op - min 8 months [On-site, Vancouver]

Fast-growing and venture-backed AI startup seeks talented operations interns to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Top-notch written and verbal communication skills are essential. A strong sense of ownership is a prerequisite. Expect to work on projects involving voice AI and LLMs with intense, motivated, and competent peers.

What you'll do:

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones
• Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
• Manage grant applications, job postings and relationships with external parties when needed
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives
• Complete complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits

What you have:

• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
• Strong eye for details
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to speak another language, such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese
• Experience in the tech industry, preferably at a startup, ideally in AI
