Inside Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Completing product training and certifications in the IT Industry
Sourcing new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Aligning meetings with customers and following up until the meeting happens
Researching accounts and identifying key players
Maintaining and expanding the database
Updating job knowledge by studying new products
