To achieve and grow the revenue through organic and inorganic sales for WI across all product & service lines in Technology, Digital, Records & BPO in India
The India BD Head Sets high targets and defines goals for the team, creating momentum towards goal delivery. Monitors progress against objectives and takes corrective actions when necessary.
The role incumbent shall build & nurture a high performance & high potential BD organization that consistently adds value to customers by delivering beyond expectations and makes customer satisfaction a key priority, developing long term relationships with customers and satisfying customer needs
Ensure improved yield for all the contract renewals & ensure timely renewal of all contracts
Coordinate with business heads for the rate negotiation and approved agreement
Understand the ‘key business processes' of various industries and offer end to end solutions to clients
Respond to sales proposals/ RFX
Lead a team of regional sales managers across different geographies and help them in acquiring new clients and monitor their progress through periodic reviews
Operational (Collaborative role)
Develop robust action plans and corresponding execution strategies to counter competition
Develop new customer management processes & systems in line with the changing customer needs
People (Direct Ownership)
Recruit, develop and retain high performing business development teams
Ensure timely goal setting, evaluation and training for the team
