Are you passionate about design and eager to make your mark? This is your chance! As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping shape our brand's new look and feel. Collaborating closely with other members of the Design and Marketing team, you'll bring fresh ideas to life through digital and print designs that captivate and inspire.
Your Impact
- Dive into our rebranding initiative by creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including campaigns, events, reports, presentations, digital ads, and more.
- Work alongside our creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with our brand's vision and goals.
- Execute design briefs with precision and creativity, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and visually striking.
- Embrace feedback and iterate on designs to achieve perfection—because every pixel counts!
- Prepare final designs for presentation and production, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong eye for foundational typography, color theory, and layout.
- A portfolio that showcases your creativity and design skills across various mediums.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, take direction, and contribute fresh ideas.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Nice to Haves
- Experience creating graphics for digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, display advertising).
- Illustration skills
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation
- Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles
