At Humantic AI, we are building a new 'people intelligence' segment from scratch.
Our product is at the cutting-edge of AI, Psychology and large-scale data. We
believe that we have an opportunity (and even a responsibility) to personalize and
humanize how people interact over the internet; and an opportunity to inspire far
more trustworthy relationships online than it has ever been possible before.
We currently focus on selling ‘buyer intelligence’ to sales teams and help them book
more meetings and close more deals. Our customers include enterprises like
Cushman & Wakefield, Foundever, Mitel; startups like Domo, AcuityMD,
ResourceWise and even the sales team at the legendary Manchester United!

Responsibilities

As a Full-stack engineer at Humantic AI, you’ll build next-gen web products,
integrations and experiences. While it will help to have good design sense, your
primary responsibility will be to build superb user experience, seamless 3rd party
integrations, and represent insights in a meaningful and easy to use manner. You
will get a chance to work with LLMs and our unique ‘Humantic flavored Generative
AI’ personalization suite. There will be an engineering lead, product manager and
designer to guide you, but the end responsibility of developing the customer facing
product will lie with you.

What Really Matters

• Expertise with Javascript, Node.js, MySQL, Python
• Solid understanding of software development in a multi-tier environment
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Creative, with a uncanny sense of design thinking and principles
• Self starter, focused and highly result-oriented
  
• Has 2-5 years of experience and has built at least a couple of professional grade applications and half a dozen hobby/college projects
• A strong recommendation by a technology person that we (would) have a lot of respect for

• Full stack development skills

• Experience in working with REST APIs, Chrome Extension and AWS

• Familiar with visualization libraries and database technologies

don’t already know.
