We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to develop and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Setup: Select relevant social media platforms based on target audience and business goals. Create and optimize profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, and Redbook. Ensure all profiles have consistent branding, including profile pictures, cover photos, bios, and contact information.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop a content calendar outlining the posting schedule, content types, and key dates. Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, stories, images, infographics, and videos. Write compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional material.
  • Engagement and Community Management: Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a community around the brand by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content. Manage contests, giveaways, and other interactive content to boost engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using platform analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Adjust the content strategy based on performance data and insights.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility and reach. Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to expand the brand's reach.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies to improve social media presence and performance. Provide recommendations for enhancing social media strategy and content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
