  • High-Impact Decision-Making: You will set technical directions that align with company objectives, ensuring that our engineering efforts directly contribute to our strategic goals and business success.

Technical Excellence

  • Quality Champion: By conducting thorough code reviews and managing technical debt, you will maintain a robust, scalable codebase that supports long-term growth and innovation.
  • Innovation Driver: You will introduce cutting-edge technologies and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

  • Supportive Environment: You will foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture, where members feel valued and motivated to achieve their best.
  • Effective Feedback: Through regular 1:1 meetings and constructive feedback, you will ensure continuous improvement and high performance, addressing any issues proactively and fairly.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with leadership or management experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, Go, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A passion for collaboration and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
