Marketing Head

Overview: Upnyx Innovative Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead its marketing department. We are a fast-growing company in the IT industry, and we are looking for a strategic leader who can drive our marketing efforts to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy in line with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including sales collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with product development, sales, and customer support.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring an optimal return on investment for all marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing objectives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
