Founder's Office Intern
As a Founder's Office Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and executive team in launching and scaling our startup from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute directly to the success of our venture. You will be involved in various aspects of startup operations, communication management, and strategic initiatives, with the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
We are looking for candidates for this role, which will start as an internship and later be converted into a full-time job. We are seeking individuals who are committed to staying with us for a longer duration.
We are hiring a founder's Office Intern who has an entrepreneurial spirit and can eventually take a leadership position in the company. We want to operate in a way where the founder's Office Intern is provided with challenges, and they have the ability to find solutions. That's how we structure it.
Responsibilities:
- Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Draft and edit internal and external communications, including emails and reports.
Administrative:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and document management.
- Assist in establishing and optimizing operational processes and workflows.
- HR:
- Support in managing onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Assist with team engagement and coordination efforts.
- IR (Investor Relations):
- Assist in preparing materials for investor meetings and communications.
- Support in maintaining relationships with potential and existing investors.
- Operations:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with startup environments and interest in entrepreneurship is a plus.
Compensation:
Initially, compensation for this role will be provided in the form of equity in the company, reflecting your contribution to the early stages of our startup. Once we secure seed funding and become operational, you will be eligible for a competitive base salary, along with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
