Pod is the AI pipeline coach for sales.

In the past few years, sellers are increasingly overwhelmed with the tools and processes being thrown their way. And it doesn’t help - quota attainment is still the lowest it’s ever been. At the end of the day, despite having all these tools, sellers continue to make avoidable wrong decisions and lose deals because they lack the guidance to know how to push deals forward.

We harness the power of AI and make it accessible to sellers in the day-to-day, so they can make better, faster, and smarter decisions.

Pod makes it crazy easy for sellers to manage their pipeline, creating an AI coach to help them close more deals, faster.

⚖️ Your Role

We're building our foundational team and looking for a Growth & Business Development lead to leave their mark on Pod. Working directly with our CEO on all important matters for the business, you'll have direct and significant impact on the business trajectory, playing a central role in the go-to-market, customer success, and more in order to build a high growth company.

Given how early we are, you'll have tremendous impact on:

Ideally, you're an entrepreneur at heart, are hungry to affect change, and have experience in advising, building, and operating SaaS businesses.

🎯 Some of the problems you’ll work on solving

  • Grow an AI-first business in the sales technology space.
  • Lead new user acquisition initiative across various channels & approaches.
  • Build and lead a strong user-centric customer success function within Pod.
  • Talk to users, prospects, sales influencer to understand how Pod can win.
  • Experiment & execute on go-to-market initiatives across content, events, community, and outbound.
  • Participate in user review & market analysis to inform on product roadmap and go-to-market motion.
  • Build partnership with thought-leaders and sales organizations
