About the Role
● Minimum of 6+ years of software development experience, with a primary focus on NodeJS.
● Architect and implement end-to-end full-stack solutions.
● Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers.
● Collaborate with product and design teams to align on project goals.
● Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and testing methodologies.
● Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions.
● Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent.
● Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders on technical deliverables and challenges

Preferred Skills
● Proficiency with modern back-end technologies and frameworks.
● Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities presented by B2B SaaS, including scalability,
multi-tenancy, and integration with various enterprise systems.
● Experience in a multi-cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Heroku).
● Proven ability to navigate complex business requirements and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environments.
