THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA
THE ROLE
As a Marketplace Marketing Analyst, you will focus on building and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue within MPOWER’s marketplace focusing on providing high-value add products to our international customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, campaign development, and project management and experience communicating to a global audience about topics in financial services or higher education. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Building digital content to support new and existing partners on MPOWERfinancing.com and InternationalStudent.com
- Developing and executing highly targeted campaigns across MPOWER’s owned, paid, and earned marketing channels that reach a global audience
- Collaborating with Product and Business Development teams to enhance the value we communicate and deliver to students and partners
- Identifying additional distribution opportunities for our partners to generate more marketplace revenue and student engagement
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Analyzing market trends and student behavior to identify strategic opportunities for growth
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably for a global audience in financial services or education
- Proven ability to create engaging and impactful content across various formats and channels
- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, 1+ years of marketing agency experience is a major plus
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in digital marketing analytics and common metrics across paid, earned, and owned channels
- Superior communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations!
In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, and a high degree of autonomy.
