Our product, Open protocol facilitates secure under-collateralized loans upto 3 times the collateral.

This is an Hybrid / Remote role in Bangalore, India.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the Web3/Blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain principles.
• Excellent mastery of the English language is required.
• Great content production and communication abilities required.
• Experience establishing web3 communities.
• Crypto native since 2021 or earlier.
• A CGPA of at least 7.5 is desired.
• Science, Economics, Mass Communication, Literature are preferred domains.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• A keen eye for detail is necessary.
• Knowledge of the DAO, crypto ecosystem, and blockchain is mandatory.
• Should have a solid understanding of co-marketing.

Bonus points [Nice to have]

• First principle thinking.
• Multi-lingual
• Have prior experience in the Defi space

Scope of work

• The community-wide content should be determined, planned, and implemented.*
• Do thorough research on all the Discord communities and offer recommendations for pertinent material for our project.
• Instantaneously reply to community messages (No message should be left un-responded for more than an hour)
• Engage the community members and give them a prompt response.
• Should participate in community activities even on the weekends.
• With the posts you publish, you ought to be able to engage the members.
• Must own the community space and strategies accordingly.
• Should pay close attention to detail when replying or publishing.
• Should be able to integrate creativity with logic.
