Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blockchain Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our blockchain-based applications, ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of our systems. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to integrate blockchain technology into our payment solutions, enhance our existing platforms, and support the development of new features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions for our payment gateway and related products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the security and scalability of blockchain systems.
• Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and Stellar.
• Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of blockchain applications.
• Maintain and upgrade existing blockchain applications as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in blockchain.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, NestJs, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, Stellar, Hyperledger, or similar.
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain security practices.
• Experience with integrating blockchain systems with APIs and other external systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Fireblocks or similar blockchain security platforms.
• Knowledge of payment systems and financial technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in the blockchain space.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
