  • Provide technical assistance through various channels, including our service desk platform (Jira), email, and phone for both hardware and software solutions developed by SPH Engineering;

Qualifications:

  • FAA Part 107 license;

  • Strong skills in Windows, MacOS, Android, and general electronics encompassing PCs, phones, tablets, drones, and more;
  • A keen interest in uncrewed systems and robotics will be beneficial, either professionally or as a hobby;
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, determined to find practical solutions for user issues;
  • Self-motivated, responsible, compassionate, and supportive personality traits.

What We Offer:

  • Contractor (1099);
  • Join an international company operating in a rapidly growing industry with cutting-edge products and significant global expansion potential over the next five years;
  • Enjoy a flexible and hybrid work environment that promotes work-life balance.

If you're ready to be a vital part of our team, contributing to exceptional customer experiences and driving the success of our innovative products, we encourage you to apply. Your skills and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of SPH Engineering.
