We are a progressive 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) firm specializing in providing
state-of-the-art order fulfillment solutions for eCommerce businesses. Our
software suite, integrating directly with Shopify and other leading
eCommerce platforms, encompasses postage, inventory, order, warehouse,
and labor management tools. With a dedicated team of three, we are looking
to expand our expertise, and this is where you come in!

Position Summary

ShippingTree is seeking a talented Integrations Engineer with expertise in AWS and React to join our dynamic team and drive this transformative project forward.

As an Integrations Engineer you will be responsible for developing and managing the integration of various software systems and applications within the customer technology ecosystem. This role is crucial in ensuring that different systems communicate effectively and data flows seamlessly across platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Improve and maintain direct integrations with Shopify.
2. Develop an alternative app marketplace using an IPAAS for non-direct integrations.
3. Enhance postage integration systems to support customized rate cards, billing, and reconciliation processes.
4. Support and expand WMS agnostic services, including in-house WMS and integrations with Manhattan Active.
5. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems.
6. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, with a strong focus on backend infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proficiency in integration technologies and API development.
2. Experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify.
3. Familiarity with IPAAS solutions.
4. Strong understanding of WMS and logistics systems.
5. Experience with AWS technologies such as Kubernetes and CloudFront.
6. Database development experience using Postgres and Django.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
