Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership:

• Lead comprehensive QA testing initiatives, encompassing both manual and automated methodologies to ensure exceptional product quality.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including edge case testing, to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with development teams in code reviews, ensuring adherence to high coding standards and best practices.
• Oversee and manage bug tracking systems, ensuring timely identification, resolution, and documentation of software defects.

Test Planning and Execution:

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to validate functionality and performance.
• Execute test cases with precision, meticulously documenting results and findings to inform development.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of existing features.
• Lead mobile testing initiatives across diverse devices and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Utilize RESTful APIs for effective integration testing and validation.

Bug Identification and Reporting:

• Identify, document, and prioritize software defects, providing detailed insights to development teams for resolution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely bug fixes and provide constructive feedback on software functionality and usability.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work in tandem with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to understand product features, requirements, and quality expectations.
• Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights and QA perspectives to enhance product development.

Process Improvement and Mentorship:

• Drive the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and summary reports to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.E (CSE/IT) or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a QA Engineer role or similar technical positions, with a proven track record of leadership in quality assurance.
• Expertise in manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
