Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Intern to join our podcast team. This role focuses on creating engaging social media content that highlights the narratives of early-stage startups and promotes our podcast episodes. The intern will also assist in capturing video content to enhance our social media presence.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase our podcast's online presence.
Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Design eye-catching graphics, short videos, and other multimedia content to promote podcast episodes and startup stories.
Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and interactive content.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the podcast team to align social media content with our storytelling goals.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms.
Capture video content during podcast filming sessions for use on social media.
Assist in setting up and preparing filming equipment and locations.
Aid in post-production tasks such as editing short clips for social media.
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in optimal condition for use.

Requirements:
Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and social media.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills; training can be provided.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with social media management or content creation.
Familiarity with video filming or editing.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
