Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Moderator to join our team. As a Community Moderator, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing our online community, primarily on Telegram. Your goal is to build a community of 20,000 members, with 5,000 actively engaging users. You will develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement, facilitate discussions, and create a positive and inclusive environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth strategy to achieve the target of 20,000 members on Telegram.
• Foster active engagement and meaningful interactions among community members, aiming for at least 5,000 actively engaged users.
• Monitor and moderate community activities to ensure adherence to community guidelines and promote a positive atmosphere.
• Organize and host regular events, AMAs, and discussions to keep the community engaged and informed.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and informative content for the community.
• Collect and analyze feedback from community members to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Web3 and crypto to keep the community informed and engaged.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management, particularly on Telegram, with a track record of building and growing online communities.
• Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to boost community engagement.
