The Opportunity
As the Growth Marketer, you will drive user acquisition and engagement for our B2B API/SDK product and application. This role is crucial in managing and expanding our digital presence, implementing innovative Web3 growth strategies, and playing a vital part in our early-stage growth.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Growth Strategies
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for B2B API/SDK and B2C products
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (paid search, social media, display advertising)
- Implement and optimize viral loops, referral programs, and incentive campaigns
- Design and oversee token-based growth initiatives (e.g., airdrops, yield farming, staking incentives)
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user acquisition and conversion funnels
Campaign Management and Analytics
- Execute cross-channel growth campaigns (email, social, content)
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all growth initiatives
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Develop a multi-channel attribution model to understand marketing impact
Community Growth and Engagement
- Implement Web3-specific community growth tactics
- Identify and collaborate with KOLs and influencers for broader engagement
- Organize and manage community events (AMAs, Twitter Spaces) focused on growth
- Develop and manage referral and incentive campaigns
- Implement gamification strategies to increase user engagement and retention
Collaboration and Innovation
- Collaborate with the product team on growth-oriented feature development
- Work with DeFi protocols and Web3 projects for co-marketing opportunities
- Develop and execute cross-chain marketing strategies
- Stay updated on Web3 marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in Web3 or SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling user growth for B2B and B2C products
- Deep understanding of Web3 concepts and blockchain technology
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
